But there was no mention to delete the old app. I recall they quite proudly stated something along the lines of "we have copied your controls over from the production app" during my beta initial setup. Logitech really need to figure out how to not let both apps respond at the same time, or ask people to remove the original / production app. EDIT - Actually I WAS able to resolve it for Chrome too, by setting those buttons to no action in the production Logitech Options app and letting the BETA app handle the functions. Maybe it can help us get to the bottom of it. I haven't been able to fix it in Chrome this way, but Logic is my priority. From this, it seems that the mouse was communicating the instruction from BOTH Options apps, hence two moves back or forth. System File Checker (SFC) is a built-in tool in the operating system. We suggest that you run the System File Checker tool and the Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool to scan and correct any issues. The fix for me, being a Beta user, as I notice some here are too, was to set the buttons to do nothing for Logic in the production Options app. A corrupted system files is one of the possible reasons why you are having issues with your Windows 10 laptop. I seem to have found a fix for myself, at least for within Logic Pro X. I dunno who this might help after such a long time, but this was bugging me across multiple apps. Repairing the mouse (without reinstalling Options) has fixed it for now. A2 11D a dĐ.61 LControlĮDIT: Hmm, problem came back after bluetooth disconnect/reconnect. Reinstalling Logitech Options fixed it, I then get this below and it works as expected. It seems that it is issuing double key down and then double key up. I verified it was doubled up by checking the key history in AutoHotKey. I had the left/right click on the scroll wheel mapped to swap tabs so it was jumping two places rather than one.
It was not affecting the side buttons- they were still only issuing single commands. For me it was affecting the middle button (scroll wheel) and the left/right click on that- it was doubling it up. Probably started with the most recent update which was in the last few weeks.
